Q3. Does the furniture require assembly?
A: Assembly requirements vary by product. Some items arrive fully assembled, while others require partial or full assembly. All necessary fittings, hardware and instructions are included where applicable.

Q4. Can the furniture be left outside all year round?
A: Our furniture is manufactured using durable, weather-resistant materials designed for outdoor use throughout the year. To maximise product longevity, we recommend using protective covers and storing cushions indoors during prolonged periods of wet or severe weather.
Q5. Are the materials weather-resistant?
A: Yes. Our outdoor furniture is crafted from weather-resistant materials including aluminium, hardwood, outdoor fabrics and performance finishes, making it suitable for year-round outdoor use when properly maintained.
Q6. Can outdoor cushions be left outside?
A: Our cushions are made using outdoor-grade fabrics; however, we recommend storing them indoors or in a dry storage box during prolonged periods of rain and when not in use. This helps preserve their appearance and extend their lifespan.
Q7. Are the cushion covers removable and washable?
A: Yes. Most cushion covers feature concealed zips and can be removed for cleaning. We recommend spot cleaning where possible and following the care instructions supplied with your product. Always allow cushions to dry thoroughly before use or storage.
Q8. How do I care for my outdoor furniture?
A: Regular cleaning with mild soap and warm water will help keep your furniture looking its best. Specific care instructions vary by material and can be found in the Care Guide provided with each product. We also recommend using protective covers during extended periods of non-use.
Warranty & Returns
Q9. Does this product come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Eligible products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. Full warranty details are available on request.

Fire Pit Collection
Q11. Are the fire pit tables compatible with propane gas?
A: Yes. Our gas fire pit tables are designed for use with standard propane (LPG) gas cylinders and are supplied with a UK-compatible regulator and hose where specified. Please refer to the individual product description for full compatibility details.
Q12. How much heat does the fire pit produce?
A: Most of our fire pit tables provide up to 50,000 BTU of heat output, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for outdoor entertaining throughout the year. Heat output may vary depending on the specific model.
Q13. Can the fire pit table be used as a regular table?
A: Yes. Selected models include a matching fire pit lid, allowing the burner area to be covered and used as a practical coffee table or dining surface when the fire feature is not in use.
