At MIMO, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders across the UK. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process and timelines.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched according to the delivery method and item size.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the size of your item:
- Small Items: 1–2 business days
- Large Furniture Items: 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates are shown on each product page. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

3. Click & Collect (UK Warehouse Collection)
You may collect your order directly from our UK warehouse.
- Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Manchester warehouse (full address is available on our Contact page)
Please contact us in advance to arrange your pickup time so we can ensure your order is ready.
4. Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to most UK mainland addresses.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote or rural areas
- Scottish Highlands
- Northern Ireland
- Offshore islands
If your postcode may be affected, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery rates before ordering.
5. Stock & Dispatch
For items listed as In Stock, dispatch will follow the estimated delivery timeframe indicated on the product page.
If an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, our team will contact you with updated delivery options, such as a new estimated date, a replacement product, or a refund.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email with your order details
- A dispatch notification once your order leaves our warehouse
- Tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey
Tracking updates will be visible once your parcel is scanned and in transit with the courier.
7. Taxes
All prices shown on mimo-living.com include VAT.
8. Important Delivery Notes
- A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the courier and item value.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
- Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
